As a Customer Service & Repair Specialist, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for damage assessment, in which you evaluate customer products, identifying repair requirements. You will conduct thorough assessments. Other responsibilities include performing repairs, debugging, and doing flight tests. You will ensure that repaired products meet the quality standards. You will engage in online communication with customers. An important part of the job is to receive customer feedback and provide professional technical support and solutions. Lastly, you will maintain accurate equipment repair records and databases. Also, you will be responsible for administrative tasks like document repair processes and outcomes.
